The E7FRED1FF0 is a one well freestanding electric fryer with 14 litre capacity. It is part of the 700XP modular cooking range line.
It features thermostatic regulation of oil temperature up to a maximum of 185 °C with overheat protection thermostat as standard on all units. The oil drains through a tap into a drainage container positioned under the well.
