The Extreme Pro NP-SiTngs 18 L front-of-house high speed oven combines microwave with hot air impingement to cook toasties, pies, pastries and small plates in a fraction of conventional oven time for cafés, bakeries, service stations, convenience stores and QSR counters. It runs on a standard 240V 15 A single-phase supply, stores 250+ recipes of up to 10 stages on a 7-inch touch screen, and handles cooking odours with catalytic air filtration in a compact 450 mm wide footprint.
