The Fagor SEQ-60-4 Ultrarapid 600 mm electric salamander, the standard model that can be run as single-phase, gives commercial kitchens fast-recovery heat for finishing, glazing and melting during service. It reaches max temperature in 20 seconds from ignition, or 5 seconds during operation, so it does not need to sit on full heat between dockets, and measures 600 × 480 × 525 mm (W × D × H).
