Fagor Kore 700 Series Bench Top 4 Gas Burners - C-G740H

The Fagor Kore 700 Series benchtop gas burner provides robust and efficient cooking capabilities for professional kitchens, ideal for high-volume establishments requiring precise heat control and durability.

Key Features

• Durable Construction: Deep-drawn surface tops manufactured from 1.5 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel for superior hygiene and longevity.
• Seamless Design: Laser-cut joints and automatic welding create a smooth, easy-to-clean surface with hidden screws.
• Versatile Grates: Large 397 x 580 mm double grates (397 x 290 mm per burner) accommodate oversized pots and pans. A narrow 75 mm distance between central bars safely supports small diameter cookware (down to 8 cm).
• High-Performance Grate Material: Grates are made of RAAF-enameled cast iron, resistant to alkaline and acid products, fire, and high temperatures.
• Even Heat Distribution: Nickel-plated cast iron double-crown burners and diffusers ensure uniform heat distribution across the base of pans, preventing hot spots and optimizing energy transfer.
• Operational Efficiency: Burners are designed for easy positioning, enhancing kitchen workflow.
• Enhanced Safety: Low-consumption pilot light and thermocouple are strategically located within the burner body for increased protection.
• Simplified Maintenance: Flexible stainless-steel gas pipes facilitate internal manipulations, making repairs straightforward.
• Protected Controls: Controls feature a protective support base and a system to prevent water infiltration, extending component life.
• Expanded Work Surface: High-temperature enameled cast iron flue protector is flush with the grates, improving maneuverability, supporting larger containers, and increasing the usable cooking area.
• Easy Servicing: All critical components are accessible from the front, streamlining maintenance and reducing downtime.
