The Fagor C-G920H Kore 900 Series 400mm 2 Burner Gas Cooktop is a heavy-duty commercial gas cooktop with higher-output burners and a 2mm AISI-304 stainless steel top, built for hotel, function and high-volume kitchens. This 400mm half module has two burners on the deeper 930mm Kore 900 chassis; for LPG, order code C-G920HLPG.
Key Features
- High-Output Crown Burners: High-powered 28.8 MJ & 36.72 MJ double crown burners and diffusers made of nickel-plated cast iron guarantee an even distribution of heat from the flame to the base of the pan.
- Cast Iron Grates: RAAF enamelled cast iron grates (resistant to alkaline and acid products, fire and high temperatures). 397 × 350 mm grates enabling the use of large pots and pans.
- Small Pans Stay Put: 75 mm between the central bars to use pots with a very small diameter (8 cm).
- Easy to Service: Flexible stainless steel gas pipes. Burners are easy to position.
- Build Your Line: Optional stands available.
