The Yasaki HRM-50 Tilting Head Dough Mixer makes dough preparation faster, safer and more efficient for bakeries, pizzerias and commercial kitchens, with heavy-duty steel construction, food-grade stainless steel parts and a user-friendly tilting head. This model has a 42L bowl and mixes up to 30kg of dough at a time (140kg per hour), and is CE certified with optional lockable castors for easy moving.
