The heavy duty Apuro meat mincer allows you to safely mince, grind and process a remarkable amount of food quickly. Featuring a stainless steel hopper, precision gear drive and energy efficient motor with integrated cooling fan, this meat grinder is built for commercial-scale meat preparation.

With 6mm and 8mm perforated discs included, the mincer provides the flexibility to achieve your desired grind size. A reverse function helps prevent clogging when processing coarse or fatty meats, while the waterproof ON/OFF switch and overload protection enhance safety during use. Supplied with three sausage stuffing nozzles and a plastic pusher, this unit also doubles as a sausage maker “ perfect for creating butcher-style sausages in-house.
