The Fagor ECFF-40HC two-door refrigerated distribution trolley holds and serves previously prepared cold meals for kitchens that need a mobile cold-holding cart to complement or replace the cold room. Plated food can be assembled in the kitchen and wheeled to the point of service at +2 to +8°C, and the trolley measures 1516 × 864 × 1775 mm (W × D × H).

- Doors That Close Themselves: Hinges equipped with an automatic closing mechanism. When the door is positioned at an angle of less than 90°, it closes completely, preventing cold loss. Lock with key.
- Mobility: Equipped with 4 soundproof swivel castors Ø 125 mm, 2 of them with brakes, with rubber bumpers on each corner.
- Racking: 60 mm spacing between guides. Epoxy grid available upon request.
