The Fagor CW-202ERSWS iKore Concept Direct Steam 40-tray electric combi oven uses injection steam for high-turnover commercial kitchens, and shares one control platform with the range's 6- to 20-tray sizes so the same recipes run from a café kitchen to a production kitchen. It measures 1162 × 1074 × 1841 mm (W × D × H) and includes iWashing solid automatic cleaning and the Fagor Recipe Center with 100 factory-preset recipes.
