The Fagor W-I905 Kore 900 Series 400mm Induction Wok brings fast, controllable induction heat to wok cooking on the deeper 930mm Kore 900 chassis, with a 6mm glass ceramic top hermetically sealed into a 2mm AISI-304 stainless steel surface. This 400mm single-zone module runs at 5.5kW.

• 10-Level Regulator: 10-level energy regulator provides precise control for delicate cooking or fast high-power service.
